Riccione Christmas Sea , the event that brings the magic of '' A Christmas from the sea '' to the city
The natural element of the sea contaminates the light installations and urban scenography that will spread throughout the city centre. The artistic installations will be based on a long trail of luminous filaments developing longitudinally with low consumption warm light LEDs, positioned in a staggered manner along Viale Ceccarini The Shopping Wave to guarantee a scenographic effect that recalls the waves of the sea, until they extend along viale Dante and the canal port.

The avenues of the center will begin to move following the shapes of the waves, the seafront, up to Piazzale Roma, will be completely transformed into an ice skating rink thanks to the Lungomare Ice Park , while large floating luminous bubbles (which refer to the water in the its gaseous form) will light up the dock with the artistic project Il Viale delle Bolle. Here, on the waters of the port, the large Xmas Tree will also be majestically reflected, a luminous sentinel that will welcome visitors in the heart of the Riccione festivities.

Piazzale Ceccarini will be transformed into the H2O Arena , the nerve center of the artistic programming and the schedule of holiday shows, while in the Piazzetta del Faro the evocative marine-themed light installations will act as a scenographic backdrop to Santa Claus's large sleigh which, having entered the city, marks the Santa Claus Village.

The Riccione Christmas Sea experience combines the fascinating layout of the venues with a rich schedule of artistic and entertainment events , in line with the story of water. Here are the main events:

• the inauguration of the Christmas project on November 24th,
• on 8 December with the lighting of the Big Tree on the canal port
• on December 24th with the Gospel Concert on the eve
• The Night of Dreams and the Best Wishes Concert in the days preceding New Year's Eve.

New Year's Eve will be three days long, December 30th and 31st and January 1st. The new year will open with some much loved and anticipated events: the classic New Year's Dive and the Befana Festival on January 6th.

On January 24th the Riccione Christmas Sea schedule will come to an end with the closing event.
